scan and email the form backwith your proof of payment to confirm your booking.
You will receive a Confirmation Letter with retreat details once your booking is confirmed.
Please note the following:
Booking Confirmation: Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made one month before the workshop will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made three weeks before the workshop will receive a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made two weeks before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within three days or less before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund, and the full workshop fee will apply.
- Workshop Cancellations: If the workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Please note special dietary requirements may attract extra charges.
